Very cozy place, listen to the river flow from the front porch, only 6 miles from Dollywood, had plenty of cookware and dishes for our Christmas dinner, had a unexpected issue come up with the stove out of the blue, let Jason know and almost immediately reached out and said for me to carry my family out wherever I wanted to take them for Christmas dinner and he would take care of it. Very much respect for Jason, I will never stay anywhere else from now on, my entire family absolutely loved it!

for the price, it's a great stay! the host is responsive and friendly. internet is poor, which is typical of this area, but it makes communication with the host difficult. the creek is amazing. overallit's a great price and good, private location not too far from city happenings. however, some attention to a few details could go a long way!

Over all the house was nice. It fit our large family. Pros Three bedrooms Large dining area Fully stocked kitchen Lots of towels Laundry area Cons. The house was not right on the river like the pictures and description said on the ad. You had to cross the busy road and go down steps to get to it. And a recent storm took out the bottom steps. The stair case going up stairs was very narrow and no hand railing on the inside. People with mobility issues would not be able Togo up stairs. The three tier bunk bed was very wobbly. The kids were afraid to sleep on it. The water smelled like eggs. The house got the job done and the owner was very responsive. I think if the pictures were updated and some tweaks were made. The house would be fantastic. I was just disappointed when we arrived and the house was not right on the river.

I recommend no one stay in this house. This house should be condemned. It smells like mildew, the running water smells like boiled eggs/ sulfer, the furniture is old, outdated and stained, cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling, the patio door needs wd40, the kitchen is small, the vent on the stove is dirty & stained and the stairs are narrow, steep & very dangerous. There were bugs in the shower. The closet doors were off track. We left the house with burning eyes, headache and coughing. Bottom line, this house is UNSAFE & UNHEALTHY!!! PLEASE DO NOT stay here even if it's free!!!
