Like other reviewers, I was amazed by the view out the back to the floating deck and across the river. I was equally impressed by the comfortable bedding and pantry items and responsive host. However, I was taken aback by the approach to the house. It is a short driveway on a very busy road. There is plenty of room to pull to the side and back into the driveway for safer exiting. The location is good for visiting both North and South Forks. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Needed a place to stay while visiting family at Christmas. The owners were very helpful and thoughtful, even putting a small Christmas tree up for us! Gorgeous views of the Peconic out the back. Amazing natural light. Binoculars placed conveniently at back door and as birders we greatly appreciated this!! My family of five felt very cozy and comfortable here.

Randy is very nice and responsible, reaching out to us really early to provide information. The house is very quiet and beautiful. I especially love the beddings. They are super comfortable. The view from the windows is just SO AMAZING. I'd love to come again sometime warmer to kayak. It would be better if you come with a car, but we ubered around and it was still pretty nice. It's an amazing experience overall!

Great location, lots of space. Host was excellent very responsive. Best ice cream shop around 2 mins away!!

Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back porch and the tiny private pier that had beautiful views of the river.
