Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kiddos) stayed in Ryan's cabin for Easter weekend and had a wonderful and peaceful vacation there. The home is very spacious and cozy, we felt right at home as soon as we got there! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything for us to cook all of our meals there. We very much enjoyed spending time on the big deck and hot tub. Ryan was such a great host our entire stay as well one of the best we've ever had, very accomodating and made sure we had great stay in his home. We hope to be back soon and visit. If your debating booking this place, DO IT! 10/10 RECOMMEND.

Great location and has everything you need if hanging around at the place or going elsewhere. Stayed for a couple of nights and everything worked as expected, will say the light switches can be confusing and aren’t labeled but nothing trial and error couldn’t figure out. Place was clean, hot tub was hot, good water pressure throughout in the showers and gas fireplace put out good heat. Would stay again!

Nice air bnb! Had everything we needed for my family to be comfortable. We really appreciated the cozy robes located in all of the rooms. The fire place and the hot tub were great! The host responded really quickly to my questions

Our stay at Ryan’s place was filled with lots of hot tub action, cooking in his grande kitchen, and cozy mornings. The location of this Pollock Pines retreat is paramount, sitting equidistant between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, where a plethora of wineries are a 10-15 minute drive away. This home is filled with character and isn’t to be missed! A few points of feedback: the deck was in disarray when we arrived, we found a (press on) nail in the living room, and it was super cold when we first entered the home (after meddling with the heat, we figured out how to heat the place up).
