Came in for the eclipse and needed a place that was not as price gouged as Little Rock. The place was lovely! Two bedrooms totally accommodated our party of 3, electronics worked, spotless apartment. If you plan to arrive at night I would ask for additional tips to find the apartment as the signs out front are not lit and the GPS (google) takes you a bit past the turn. The owner is super responsive though - we got in late and wish I had previously prepared! Be careful with the coffee pot, not sure if I am the problem or it was lol. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Looked just like the pictures. Very clean and decorated really pretty. We didn't spend much time in the unit because we were in town for college baseball games but when we were there is was very quite. Fredrick was very responsive in his communication and very polite. Highly recommend!

I would book this again. The place was nice. Fredrick was very proactive and responsive. Had to extend a couple of nights. And he very accommodating
