The balcony on the front of the building is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the downtown lifestyle that Eureka Springs has to offer. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is on the back side of the building, it has a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a large sofa. This room is separated from the rest of the house by a large hallway. Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom is located on the front of the building and has a queen bed and a TV. Bedroom 3: The smaller of the 3 bedrooms has a twin over full bunk bed. BATH 1: is a very large bathroom with a separate tub and shower that is connected to the master bedroom. BATH 2: Standard with a shower, no tub. Living room has a single futon. It's small and can hold 1 adult or two children. The entrance to the space is up the back stairs and is connected to the master bedroom by a hallway. This space includes 2 free parking spaces downtown in our small lot. PLEASE NOTE: This space is on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs required to access the apartment. There is lots of noise downtown, you will hear street noise, people, and more when you stay in this apartment. Every Monday morning the trash picks up and you will hear the trucks rolling at 6am picking up glass and dumpsters. We are surrounded on 3 sides by nightclubs so you will hear people around town late into the night on weekends. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS SPACE WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION.
