Kai is a great host-very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and as described. The parking spot was a huge plus as parking can be a challenge in Honolulu.

We had a fantastic stay at Kai's place. You can't beat the location just a few blocks to the beach. Tons of restaurants and things to do right outside your doorsteps. The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I highly recommend this listing if you are looking to stay in Waikiki!!

Amazing accommodations. The best spot I’ve stayed on Waikiki. Walkable to the beach & all restaurants & stores. The noise level was low compared to other busier parts of the island all while still being in the middle of everything you could want to do. It was perfect for a stay with 2 people!

Kai’s place is thoughtfully put together for hospitality. The terrace and the kitchen and the parking make it great value. Then there are niceties like a modern Japanese toilet, beach stuff, keurig, even toothbrush with toothpaste amenity. Great restaurant suggestions and a playlist !

Kai was a wonderful host! He was very responsive and helpful addressing all of our needs. The location of the place was unbeatable, a few steps away from the Waikiki beach, ABC convenience stores and lots of restaurants and breakfast places. The apartment is extremely clean, well taken care of, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We had a wonderful vacation in Hawaii and highly recommend Kai’s place to anyone!
