This condo was great for our family. Conveniently located, spacious and the view speaks for itself. There’s a reasonably priced in-building store for any extras you may need. Nick and DeAnna were friendly and responsive. The building is a bit outdated and the unit is not in top cosmetic condition, however we felt it was a good value. We’d definitely stay here again with our kids.

Awesome condo. The view from the room is amazing! Easy to park, walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Very convenient to have our own washer/dryer. There is a convenient mini mart inside the building.. We had an awesome stay. Would love to stay here again our next trip to Oahu.

My and my family had a wonderful time at Nick and DeAnna's place! The pictures look exactly like the place. The destination was exactly what we wanted, easily walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We felt safe in the neighborhood and staff in the building were very nice. The building needs to be updates as it does look dated and worn out in the hallways. The space also needs some updating, but you can tell that they are doing that. The master bathroom is wonderful and what we are used to in BnB's. The second bathroom needs updating, but everything works and does what you need it to do. The kitchen is missing bakeware, but otherwise had everything we needed. Nick and DeAnna provided beach supplies like chairs, towels, and mats. And lastly, the VIEW IS THE BEST PART. We enjoyed having such an amazing view of Waikiki beach, and actually looks better than the pictures. Overall, we would definitely book here again. Nick and DeAnna were great hosts!

宿泊する2週間ほど前に、急にエアコンの業者が入ると言われ、4泊するうち2泊はエアコンを点検するために他人が部屋に入ること、他のもう1泊は日中エアコンが使えないことを伝えられました。宿泊する2〜3日前には、エアコンの他に窓の清掃が入るとも伝えられ、宿泊数日前までとても不安な毎日を送りました。春休みの時期でもあったので、同等のローケーションを求めた他のホテルを抑える事もできず、ホストと交渉し値段を安くしていただきました。 今回はオアフ島を巡って楽しむより、部屋で海を見ながらリラックスする事を目的としていたのでこの部屋をキャンセルすることを考えてませんでした。 部屋の時計は電池切れで止まっていて、食洗機の洗剤のタブレットは1つしかありませんでした。 自分のスマホの時計を持っていたので、代わりに使いました。 食洗機の洗剤がないことを彼らに話すと、1階のコンビニエンスストアで買ってください。その分の金を返金しますと言われましたが、アメニティーを余分に置いてないのはそちらの問題だと思うし、なぜ私たちが買いに行かなければならないのか理解できませんでした。 バーベキューをしましたが、トング等は無いので、フォークを使って食材を焼きました。バーベキューで使えるキッチン用具があると良いかもしれません。 日目には、早朝に他の部屋の火災探知機が発動し、火災の警報サイレンで目覚めました。これはホストの問題ではなく、他の部屋の問題であって予期せぬハプニングでした。 ネガティブなレビューを書きましたがしかし部屋の眺望はとてもとても素敵でした！不満が書き消されるほど最高の眺めでした。 この部屋を選んでほんとによかったです。 またいつか泊まりたいです。 この度は素敵な部屋に泊まらせていただきありがとうございました！
