It was a beautiful place to stay for a long weekend. It was a girls weekend and we were able to relax, play games, and hang out. We aren't a rowdy group so we had no issues with the neighbors and it was a quiet neighborhood. Everything worked out well and would definitely recommend. Easy to get to Big Rapids if needed.

Tim's place was awesome and the view of the water and the scenery was beautiful we took out the kayaks too Tim was an awesome host id definitely come back

Tim’s place is the perfect getaway! Beautiful views, outdoor fire, lights, and plenty of games for fun together with friends or family. I took advantage of the kayaks and explored the river. So so fun!

My family and I had a great stay at Tim’s place! Tim was a great host, very responsive and helpful. It was peaceful, the scenery was beautiful and it was great to wake up to a great view of the lake. I will definitely be thinking of this place in the future if I ever plan to take another trip to MI!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a little cold but we still spent some time out on the deck each day, enjoying the view. We liked the location as it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but within easy driving distance to everything you need. The house was very clean and tidy with all the basic amenities provided. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer and can fully take advantage of what the lake has to offer.
