Noylan’s place was absolutely perfect! The location was incredible; 6 minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and to the beach! The black out shades in the room were awesome and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever. The kitchen was well equipped and we grilled out on the grill outside one night (gas connection so easy to use). I highly recommend.

Great location with walking distance to the beach, park, grocery store, restaurants and easy to get on the highway! Spent five wonderful days here.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend. It’s tucked away on a small street right off the freeway (maybe about 3mins). The neighborhood is quiet and the home is located a couple of blocks down from where you can see the ocean. Only mins away from the town center. The only thing I would say is a problem is when you order Postmates they can’t find your location :( and the parking is directly in front. (May be tricky to park due to the small street). But the aesthetic of the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the king bed!!!! And the AC adjusts to the heat in the home. It’s comfortable enough to feel like you actually live there. We loved our stay! It was the perfect place to call home at the end of our busy days exploring with our two kids. It was very clean and comfortable, and a great central location for our time going to Legoland, the SD zoo, and the beach. Cardiff State beach 5 min away was so much fun! Some great places to eat close by too. Seemed like a safe area. Check in/out instructions easy to follow and Noylan was wonderful. Nice parking situation. Make sure to use caution turning into the alleyway behind the house. Because of its angle, our exhaust pipe cover hit the driveway at our initial arrival and fell off. 🤣 Not a big deal. We just made sure to take it super carefully from there on out. We would stay here again!
