El departamento es muy cómodo, mi estadía fue muy buena, todo como está descrito en la información, cerca del centro histórico y sobre todo muy pacífico, lo recomiendo mucho si van a Cuenca.

Juan’s place was perfect for my 4 week stay in Cuenca. The apartment seemed to be fairly new and the kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances. The washer and dryer were a real bonus. A great shower with plentiful hot water. Juan was a great host. I like to walk and the location was perfect. Everything worth seeing was within easy walking distance. Even the airport was only a 30-35 minute walk. If you don’t wish to walk, get a bus card. Cuenca has great public transportation. I highly recommend Juan’s place and the city of Cuenca.

Un departamento remodelado, limpio, acogedor, contaba con todo los utensilios para preparar algún alimento y lavadora y secadora. El lugar cerca de la zona de bares, sin embargo no había ruidos que afecten el descanso, cerca de todo el centro histórico..

This is a perfect location central to the historic district. Small shops of every kind line the street and Via Larga, the main thoroughfare of the district is a short walk away (but far enough so that the apartment is absolutely quiet at night). Juan usually responds to messages within minute and I can't imagine a more attentive and considerate landlord. I would certainly stay again.
