The apartment is beautiful, located in a beautiful new building in an excellent part of town with easy access to transportation. The most outstanding feature of the apartment is a fabulous 9th floor terrace view of Cuenca and its surrounding mountains. The terrace connects both to the living room and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is spacious and light with fabulous corner views and a convenient desk and chair. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is a powder bath in the public areas of the apartment. The apartment would work well for a family or two couples; it was perfect for my sister and me for a longer stay, providing each of us with our own private suite. While the apartment and location were luxury, the furnishings and house goods were more basic. However, I really appreciated the comfortable reclining sofa in the living room. Sebastian, as a host, was very responsive. He was friendly, helpful, and enjoyed working with him throughout.

El lugar es muy agradable, excelente confort térmico. Una independencia total con seguridad y privacidad al máximo. El departamento cuenta con una vista excelente. Realmente recomendado para una estancia tranquila en la ciudad, cerca de los lugares comunes y turísticos de Cuenca, así como, de fácil acceso y movilización hace que sea un hospedaje para volver y recomendar.
