This really is a beautiful spot to stay, lovely outlook and surrounded by nature. Incredibly comfortable, warm bed, probably the best I’ve slept in an Airbnb. Martin is a great host and very responsive to any messages. We saw a tawny owl, wrens, kestrels, hares and deer without leaving the cabin. We had great days out at Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve, and visiting Holt / The Wildflower Centre just outside the town. Lovely meal at the George & Dragon. Would definitely recommend to anyone exploring the surrounding area. Thank you for having us.

Cosy, clean and comfortable. Peaceful and private with views over fields and woods teeming with bird life, deer and hares. We heard owls at night. Loved the thoughtful supply of breakfast provisions. Martin is a friendly, considerate host. Close to Sandringham and other attractions with walks from the doorstep and an interesting 14th century church just down the lane. On Martin’s recommendation we have an excellent meal at the George and Dragon in Castle Acre just a couple of miles away. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

What a delightful little place to stay. Just loved sitting watching the wildlife and just enjoyed the views. Loved listening to just the birds and the wind in the trees, no cars, no people, no loud music. A proper country idyll. Gutted we were not graced with the barn owls! So easy to get to local amenities, loved the castle acre walk and particularly enjoyed the abandoned car in the ford!! We will book again in the future, what a wonderful outlook! Loved the little touches, the welcome breakfast pack was excellent. Thank you Martin

Beautiful little cabin in a peaceful location with lovely views. Martin is a helpful attentive host and the cabin was lovely and clean when we arrived.

This is a very small, clean, comfortable secluded cabin, literally the cabin and the hosts home , surrounded by fields. Easy to find with the directions provided. If you want to go off grid , take a few books, and a good selection of wine you could easily just stay there forgetting civilisation existed. No cooker inside the cabin but there is a BBQ, microwave and fridge so the necessities are there. A heater was provided as it is cold at the moment and heat is needed, but doesn't take long to warm up. There is Wi-Fi, and TV services (Netflix and the like) so you do still have connection with the outside word for those who need it, and can binge watch to your hearts content if you don't intend to leave the cabin. Plenty of wildlife to see if you are just dawdling in the cabin. Makes for a relaxing stay in the evening if you are off out and about during the day.
