Our friend Ray stayed at Ben's place and found it very comfortable. It's great that it is situated right by The Tea Post, which is such a lovely place to have breakfast/lunch/tea!

Really enjoyable stay at Basils Barn. Perfect base for exploring beautiful North Norfolk. Lovely welcome with home made sweet treats. Easy check in. Eye masks were a very nice touch for the lighter mornings. Lovely tea room on site . A great find!

Spent a fabulous few days with my son in Ben’s lovely converted barn. The situation is ideal in the middle of the village right next to the excellent Elmham Tea Post (also run by Ben) that does amazing breakfasts and is really reasonably priced and is within walking distance of a pub and a short drive to several more that do good food and beer. We found the location perfect for day trips out to either the north Norfolk coast with Wells-next-the-sea just a 20 min drive up the road or for when the weather wasn’t so good an easy drive of about 25 mins in to Norwich. Ben was a perfect host, friendly and helpful without being intrusive and check-in and communication was faultless. Will definitely use again when heading back that way.

Lovely cottage located in the countryside, so it was serene all through. The apartment was just as depicted in the picture also in a clean n well organised state with all necessary appliances. I must also commend the interior decor….i def enjoyed my stay.
