Lovely stay! There’s a nice little outdoor space where you can enjoy a cuppa in the afternoon. The sofas & beds were really comfortable & there was plenty of parking… all the necessities you might need were all available too. Great value for money, would certainly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the annexe, it is very spacious with lots of surprising extras which we really enjoyed. It provided us with the perfect location for a wedding in the Norfolk countryside and we would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable 3 nights here with our two granddaughters. Appreciated the wine and milk on arrival. The magazines for the girls was a nice touch. Our youngest grandchild enjoyed the gym (supervised!) Excellent local pub which on Mondays has a couple of street food stalls. Decent village store. Both pub and store are 5 minute walk. Twice we drove 30 to 40 minutes to two different beaches at Wells next the Sea.

We enjoyed our stay at The Annex with Debbie. The quiet location, off road parking, good wifi, very comfortable sofa/arm chairs and shower were great. We have noted a couple of things with Debbie that would have been handy and a few areas for additional tlc but would happily stay again.
