Patrick is an amazing host, welcoming, available. The place is like paradise, beautiful touch of deco, the terrasse is stunning all day long,the studio is well equipped if you want to cook. Walkable superette, but would recommend Suoer u or Carrefour Market by car. Quiet surroundings with white sand and pools. Well situated, just have to rent a car to discover the island and its many beautiful beaches. Patrick is great for recommendations, places to go, things to do, help with reservations, etc.. Karakter was our preferred beach and Astrolabe a great restaurant! It was our 1st time in St-Martin, we will come back! Same place with Patrick sine he’s the best host on the island!

Patrick and his place were both incredible. Clean, modern, welcoming. Patrick met us at check-in to show us around and offer advice. He had left us a homemade loaf of banana bread, and provided cold beers and water in the fridge! A huge plus was the very comfortable king size mattress - had amazing sleeps! 10-20 minutes to great restaurants. Boulanger and convenience store across the street. Loved the outdoor space. Patrick has created a true oasis. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Patricks villa was exceptional and exactly as described. Beautiful, clean and well equipped. View and privacy on patio was everything we wanted and the outdoor pool was fabulous and always clean! And Patrick was an A+ host! A wonderful and responsive host who exceeded all our expectations! We’re booking again next year!

Our stay at Patrick’s place was wonderful! The apartment had great amenities and access to a pool and beach out the back door. The location is Marigot is great if you plan to enjoy both the French and Dutch sides. Patrick also has a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do during your stay. It is also walking distance to a gas station with a convenience store and a bakery. We had the best time and were able to explore the whole island!

This was a wonderful six-day stay! Private, quiet accommodations and all amenities as described. Easy to access (within walking distance) three restaurants, a local general store, a wine/liquor store, and a bakery, all near the residence. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Patrick was excellent and responded almost right away to any request. Patrick even came out to help my neighbor contact the property manager when they had an issue. This was not Patrick's responsibility, but he went above a beyond. The island is beautiful. I tried to visit a different beach every day and rent a car. Getting around the island is simple, but beware of rush-hour traffic. The food was incredible, and everyone on the island, both Dutch and French, was amiable and accommodating.
