This room is in a single family home build in the early 70s. The outside of the home is dated and overgrown with ivy. The backyard is large with several sitting areas, a very small fish pond and a beehive. The Blue Mountain Room is in the basement of a one family house. There are 2 more bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. The room does not have a private or attached bathroom. The window lets in plenty of light but is frosted for privacy.

This is a very quiet neighborhood with older single family homes build in the 70s. A small neighborhood park is just around the corner which is great for walking or running. A strip mall with a grocery store is is 0.2 miles from the house. As well as a bus stop with buses running every 15 minutes.
There is street parking in front and on the side of the house. The bus stop is 0.3 miles away. An easy 5 min Walk. The bus connects to the Trax system in an eight minute drive which also goes to the Airport.
