The house was very accommodating for two children and four adults. There was food left in the refrigerator and freezer which was a first for me, normally it is empty and cleaner. The downstairs bedrooms could use more storage like a dresser in each room. And more hooks in the bathroom for towels/clothes would be nice. Overall, the location was amazing and the hostess Carla was very nice to work with. Quick to respond to our questions. I would stay here again. Forgot to mention the backyard and patios were wonderful.

We had a great stay at Carla's house. The place is beautiful, stylish and in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. We had our dogs with us and loved the fenced backyard and large deck.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and matched the description. Ballard is a great town. Driveway parking was fantastic. We had one issue with the water heater and Carla was quick to respond and had it repaired in 24 hours.

A lovely home in a great location. The outside areas are wonderful for kicking back, playing cards, reading a good book, and relaxing in the busy city. It was a great location for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. And having two floors where people could hang out separately or together was great as well. The modern appliances in the kitchen were excellent and it was a full kitchen. We all liked the heated bathroom floor, too!
