Marty, Carmen and Sheila were accommodating, during our stay. Here are our pros and cons: Pros: Breakfasts were wonderfully tailor made. Service was quick and responsive. Laundry service was available (for a fee). Location ambiance was warm and ethnic. Privacy was upheld. Cons: Check-in was not so smooth (mix up with another guest's booking). Room was not dusted or swept prior to check-in. Mosquitoes the first night, since doors and windows were left open prior to check-in. Slow shower drain backed up within a couple of minutes (we would be standing in one inch of drain water throughout a shower). Wi-Fi and a TV were listed as amenities, but neither one was working in the room. Bathroom and entry rugs were more dirty, than clean. Our stay was adequate, but we're accustomed to a little more detail to initial housekeeping, so that would have been nice.

Pros: Place is great for relaxing. Clean. Cons: 1. Mobile reception is pretty weak in the room. 2. Wifi Service is very weak as well. 3. If you don't have your own transportation, it is a hassle to commute, also pretty expensive to go to Legazpi. I booked the place for 5 days and I only used it for 2 days due to internet issues. I wouldn't book the room if the internet is poor.

It’s my first time in Bicol and I’m glad we stayed at Katherine’s place. Everyone was welcoming! We loved the expansive outdoors and our encounters with the horses and the bunch of sweetest dogs! Breakfast was good and their cafe recos is a must try. I hope to visit again!

This place deserves 5-star rating. Everything was in order and meals were great. Katherine is a super host. She’s attentive, facilitative and anticipative of her guests’ possible requirements.Would highly recommend this Villa to other guests. Thank you!

Very nice place that remind me a lot of our own house. There are two horses roaming around which was great for our kid. There is everything you need to be comfortable. The only down part for me personally was the bad cell signal so working or watching anything online is not possible from the actual house but other than loved it. Thank you
