The Location and the Garden were simply amazing! The Garden and the seaview is a dream come true. the house is equiped with everything you need, especially the Kitchen. the caretakers are very responsive, helpful and brought us fresh Fishes and squids directly from the ocean. Sue is very responsive and friendly. sunsets are great and you can even See fireflies in their Garden.

Literally, Genghis Beach House is a hidden paradise. A place to go when you want to de-stress and recharge. Ms. Sue is very accommodating and quick to respond to your questions or request. She’s a great host. The caretakers, Ate Nerissa and Kuya Buboy are very helpful and accommodating to all our needs and request as well. If you’re a dog lover, please be warned that they have a resident dog named Dixie, the goodest dog in town and will make your heart melt when it’s time to leave the place. Dixie is a sweet and disciplined dog. We will definitely come back in Genghis Beach House! 😊💗

The best place to unwind in Bacacay, Albay. The caretakers were very accomodating especially the host, Ms. Sue. Me and my fiancé rented the place for our pre-nup photoshoot and the beach house exceeded our expectations. Neat, spacious, budget friendly, and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay at Genghis Beach House.

First of all I must admit that Sue is a "Sue"per host really :) She proves to you in every way that she did not get the title of superhost by chance. She was the greatest host that I met in the Airbnb community so far. Even though she was on vacation, her reaction times were very fast and she always took care of me even during my stay. By the way, it is impossible to find a car that is rented by professional companies in Legaspi, and amateur rental companies that are generally run by families try to rent vehicles that are completely in good faith and without insurance without a signed agreement with you. Sue helped me in this matter as well and by renting her own vehicle to me with an electronically signed contract, she solved the problem I had in this regard very quickly and professionally. I picked up the vehicle at the airport and delivered it again at the airport. Thank you Cesar. I would definitely recommend you to rent a car if you want to stay in here. Sue's actions are very proactive, solution oriented and really fast. Thank you Sue. If we talk about the house, the photos are hardly enough to describe the house. The location of the house is quite hidden and completely isolated, like hidden gardens, literally like in fairy tales. It is impossible not to be enchanted by the beauty of the garden. The entire garden is yours, extremely well-kept and exactly the same as in the photos. I can say that I spent most of my time watching the garden from the balcony. Despite such a large garden and being in the middle of nature, I can say that I hardly encountered any insects or flies in the villa. The fact that the sea is under your feet right in front of the villa makes the garden beautiful day and night. The furniture in the villa has aged, but it is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen and living room are very useful and quite spacious. Almost everything you need is available in the villa. There are always hot water, clean sheets, spare pillows, bath and beach towels, life jackets, various equipment for playing in the sea, enough pots, pans and even a barbecue. Sue's personal belongings and photos make you feel at home with someone close to you. The caretakers reside in the garden next to the villa and are ready to assist you whenever you need it. Obviously their presence gives you confidence. Thank you Cherry and Miguel. No internet or GSM signal at home. When you go out to the garden, you can get a weak signal. Although this bothered me at first, I enjoyed being able to completely isolate myself from the world and enjoy the beauty of the environment by using this as an excuse :) Since the weather is very hot and humid, you really feel the absence of air conditioning, especially during the daytime. Although I don't mind as I am a heavy sleeper, the noises made by the fans in the ceiling and in the bedroom may be a problem at night for people who are sensitive to this issue while sleeping. All in all, I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and the kind hearted superhost Sue to the entire Airbnb community. Thank you so much again for everything Sue.
