We had a great stay in this house, great location, the caretakers (especially Mang Sinen or Tony) are very accomodating even booking for us a trip going to Vanishing Island and made sure that we get there even if there are minor setbacks, he also made sure that we get a taste of their town's special maruya which is very unique and delicious and offered us help even if out of his scope of responsibility. The place is very neat, well arrange, true to what it says it is a house with a taste of antiquity, complete amenities with high end furnitures, kitchenwares and appliances. Just a minor suggestion is to put a ceiling or rotating fan in the veranda and or living room. Their 2 bedrooms are well maintained with aircon and fan. I felt relax after going to Cagsawa ruins and beaches (bacacay and vanishing), bacacay black beach is not recommended especially if you are used to seeing white sands, due to the beach shore is full of rocks and is not that well maintained, vanishing island is more recommended but do not expect to see white sand as white and fine as Boracay and or Coron. We even go to the public market and cooked in the house. Highly recommended for family and our group outings. The owner's have a good sense of communication and easy to deal with. They also have a basketball court which my son enjoyed playing. I recommend eating in Layag restaurant and grill in Legazpi to have an authentic Bicolano food like bicol express and pinangat and crispy pata. Would totally recommend your place to my friends and would love to come back if given the chance. Cheers!
