My spouse and two kids stayed here during our kids’ Spring Break week. Very walkable to Mission Beach and Belmont Park, and an easy Lyft ride to Sea World and San Diego museums. We appreciated the clean and updated kitchen and comprehensive set of items available for cooking, eating and storing food. The living room and bedrooms each have their own tv, which was nice when the kids wanted to view different programs. Both bathrooms are also nicely updated, making for a comfortable experience. We also used the washer and dryer. With it being a bottom unit, we did hear noise/footsteps above us early in the morning. The only hiccup we faced is that our kids had sand in their beds our first night, apparently left over from a previous guest. It was late when we notified the host, Lacy, who was incredibly responsive apologetic and arranged for cleaners to come the next morning to replace the bed sheets. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Really great place. Super comfortable, great to have parking and loved the patio out front. We played cards outside and sat by the fire pit. Quick and easy access to both the bay and ocean side. Beds were comfortable and nice to have the ceiling fans in each bedroom. Highly recommended!

Great place and location. As described, and Lacy was a gracious host who explained everything well and was always helpful.
