Had a good stay here for 2 weeks. The A/C and wifi worked fairly well. We were grateful to use the TV & Netflix at night, and the fridge has ample space. Beds were relatively comfortable as well. However, the level of cleanliness could be improved. Upon arrival, the couch had crumbs and looked very shabby, and the kitchen sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. We ended up buying sheets to put over the couch. We also did one load of laundry and found gross residue on the sheets so we had to wash twice. The biggest problem was the ants. They came in through the walls and got into everything. We kept snacks sealed and they would still find them, and the ants bite too! So be careful with food. Lastly, the neighbors (likely other Airbnb guests) constantly had the electronic door lock alarm going off during the day which was really annoying, but I don’t think that’s the host’s fault. Overall the stay was good, but could’ve been better.

It was very nice and affordable place to stay with such facilities. The location is perfect. We can walk to BTS Station or Bus Stop within 5 minutes. And it located next to 7-eleven and coffee shop. Outside you can see many locals selling local food. The check-in is very easy because the instructions is pretty clear. It has 2 bedrooms (it has iron too), the kitchen also very usable (cuttlery, stove, microwave, pan, knife, fridge, etc), the bathroom is pretty large with washing machine inside, even hairdryer. The living room is large enough for 4 people, i think up to 10 persons can have a party in there, lol. The balcony too for drying our clothes. Overall we really enjoyed staying here! ❤️

This was our second time at Narn's Airbnb. Everything was as perfect. Narn is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Will come back to Bangkok and choose this Airbnb agian!
