Ann was a great host. Any review I gave that was less than 5 stars wasn’t really for the space, it was more for the surrounding location. The condo isn’t anything special, but it’s very clean and well appointed. Twin beds weren’t very comfortable, but the queen mattress is pretty good. I did not like that the view from the balcony was the courtyard and another side of the condo complex, rather than looking out or towards the ocean. At any rate, there was everything we needed and I really appreciated the excellent communication from Ann and her trying to arrange for early check-in.

The condo was beautiful. Right across from the beach and close to local restaurants. Nice little gem in the middle of Murrells inlet. Host was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. The condo was very clean and well kept would recommend this place for a nice getaway that won’t break your wallet.

Visiting family in Garden City and stayed at Ann’s place. SO many thoughtful features from the beach chairs & kids toys to the everyday items you need throughout any stay! Not to mention you’re right across the street from beach access! Very grateful for such an incredible experience!

First time staying at an Air B and B. My children and I absolutely loved the condo. The accommodations were amazing! Ann provides a first class experience, offering a Great location, just a simple walk to the beach. Providing everything and more you would need for your vacation . Such as all the beach essentials and all the little extras you get your stay started. A quiet safe location only mins away from shopping and restaurants. My children and I will def be back ! Thank You Ann for being an amazing host and We can wait to visit again. Bill and Family
