Best location on the beach! Our Surfmaster unit was beautifully updated and had that "beachy", comfortable feel. Kitchen well stocked. Located next to the Conch Cafe which is convenient for a bite to eat or a beach drink. Beaches and ocean are much cleaner at this location compared to further north Myrtle and easy access from the building. Location is optimal to grocery store, shopping, etc. and very close to Murrell's Inlet which is a great dinner place and just a neat place to walk around.

Excellent beach-front property right on top of the private access beach. Very spacious rooms, modernly updated. Parking is also very convenient. It is literally less than a 100 feet from the property to the beach. Very well appointed kitchen. Clean and kept well. Location is convenient to most restaurants, grocery stores, golf cart rentals and a short-drive to Myrtle Beach. CONS: The number of steps to rent the property was too much, even after we had done the identity and drivers license verification and credit card verification with AirBnb. Signing the long lease-like document seemed a bit too much and the host (Sea Star Realty) asking for the credit card information even though we had provided it to AirBnB made me feel uncomfortable. The communication and rental steps also seemed to come in stages instead of all upfront. I had to call to get the code for the beach access gate. The farewell email the night before checkout was a bit unpleasant threatening exorbitant charges for simple things like not running the dishwasher, or taking out the garbage. The property itself was excellent, great location, however there was some left over construction material like paint and tiles stored in most of the closets, probably from the renovation work. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone with a family of four. Thanks to the host for a wonderful stay.
