Lovely cottage in the beautiful village of Hartington. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Close to a little corner shop, cafe, cheese shop and a great local pub. We were very impressed with the trail starting literally from the doorsteps. We’ve never stayed so close to a trail. It’s a treat not having to drive (and look for parking) all the time. Kirsty is a great host, communication is amazing.

the house is spacious and tastefully presented to a high standard and Kirsty is a helpful, welcoming host. It is a safe environment and very well equipped for young children. You can walk out into lovely countryside from the front door and then enjoy a meal in the local pub. We want to visit again.

Lovely cottage in a lovely village with some fantastic walking and cycling trails right on the doorstep. Lovely pub just a few minutes from cottage - booking highly recommended as it's a popular place. The cottage is lovely and spacious and was exactly as described. We had a few glitches when we arrived but Kirsty was super quick at responding to our messages and resolving these. Overall a lovely week's holiday and would definitely consider returning.

We had a lovely week’s stay at the cottage. It was much bigger than I thought it looked in the pictures, and was perfectly set up with everything we needed (including plenty of toys!) for us and our two young children. Hope to return again in the future.
