After making a booking via Air B&B for cottages The next day they cancelled the booking saying they couldn’t contact the owners so we’re cancelling the booking and commencing refund procedure However from that point I have received a number of emails and messages hoping I had checked in on Hoping I was enjoying my break with them Hoping I had checked out ok Asking me to leave a review of the stay Each time I responded with a message or email reminding them they had cancelled my booking As we are waiting still for any sign of the refund we were unable to book a replacement break as I would have had to another amount out which I didn’t have No response from them at any point I don’t hold any issue with the owner but I do with cottages website and air B&B over procedures and not responding to any message I sent

Beautiful place in very quiet rural location. Cottage overlooks fields and horses. Lovely modern and well furnished accommodation with hosts nearby. Would definitely recommend
