This unit was great for a short or long stay, with all the basic necessities. The host was extremely responsive and flexible to tenant needs during the stay, and was eager to make sure that we were comfortable. Can't beat this in Rockford for the price!

Super cute lil place to be a hermit. Everything was comfy, close to a grocery store, and the trees were really pretty. I was looking for this information but couldn’t find it so imma write it here - the place is shared with two other studios (one on the main floor and one on the second floor). Felt very much like living in an apartment building which I thought was totally fine.

i would recommend staying there for work or for fun. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great.

The space was quite small. I was there for several months and it was a tight fit. Perfect for a shorter stay!
