Lovely place, and I had great communication with Lisa, The place was described accurately and definitely was fit for our weekend break Very minor annoyance tv was very hit and miss but that was to do with weather we think 100 per cent would recommend and we will book again thank you

Beautiful Location caravan immaculate everything there you need. Could have done with a couple deck chairs. Will definitely visit again.

As a family of 4 we had the most amazing time in the loveliest of caravans. We were greeted on arrival with a truly warm welcome and when we had a slight issue with the tv signal within 5 minutes they supported us. We had some lovely homemade brownies on arrival waiting for us and the caravan was large, spotless and had everything that we could possibly need. Situated so close to York with a park and ride down the road and just beautiful surroundings around the caravan with a park and huge field for the kids to just run, play and roam about. We truly made memories in the short time we were there. Nothing better than a family get away where you feel welcome and safe. Thank you both we hope to stay with you again xx

Everything was laid out and very clean with bedding towels available. Communication was available from the host as we felt with the change in the weather we found it cold. We messaged the host and extra heating was made available to us. It was in a very quiet location with a play area for the children. We enjoyed it and would recommend families as safe for young children to play without any busy roads or noise from punks/clubs

Communication was perfect, quick responses. static home was lovely and clean and much bigger than we anticipated. perfect beautiful base for exploring local area. children loved the little play area.Would certainly return.
