FRAUD! She changed the listing while we were there. It was advertised as 2 bedroom with 6 beds. We got there and it was 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. I had to run out and purchase an airbed. She had the AUDACITY to offer me a connecting apartment for $145 a night. Ha! No thanks. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You’re better off in motel.

Evelyn place is ok , the problem is that there were lots of crack heads outside , multiple times I felt unsafe , I saw a woman topless running towards a man down the hill with a self made weapon . I truly Did all this for Taylor swift concert . Now the host is great but it truly seems unsafe . I also so other kinds of homeless people around doing all kinds of stuff . Unfortunately I had no choice but to stay there e because I paid for it . But I don’t think you should stay here with kids. Also the ac make too much noise , the fridge as well I had to unplug it , the shower door doesn’t cover the shower, and there is also a Mechanic shop next to your bedrooms that keeps blasting music and it very hard to sleep .

Evelyn's place was cute and clean. The house was close to everything. We enjoy Lowry Zoo, Adventure Island, and Glazier Musuem . We had 7 people and it was plenty of room for us. Communication was great with Evelyn. I will definitely save Evelyn's place as one of my favorites.
