Exceptional stay and very clean, had any amenities we could need, including basic spices for cooking which was a nice surprise. The one time we need the host, he was there in less than five minutes. Only things I will say is that I recommend having a 4wd vehicle, as the driveway is EXTREMELY steep. And the hot tub did not work, but it’s okay because it’s so warm you don’t need it. The pool was very clean and the gardener came everyday and cleaned it and took the garbage. Overall, an awesome stay!

I highly recommend, the host, Lets you feel like it’s your house, just show up if you need Him , beautiful place very clean .Love the bedrooms liners . the pool , we have a great time !!

We were running extremely late , due to traffic for the holiday weekend . Noelia waited for us and was very nice . Very steep drive way . Great views over all . David was able to reserve me atvs and had them deliver to us . David was very responsive and answered all my questions . Great stay .

The photos dont match the house. The photos were taken when the furniture was new. Now most if the furniture is broken. The exercise bikes are rusted. The hot tub in the bathroom is rusted. The pool jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi, its just a round hole. David said its not supposed to have hot water or bubbles, which Ive never heard of a jacuzzi that has no bubbles or hot water. The walls and ceilings are full of water damage, one of the main house shutters to go into the patio was not working and we were informed only hours prior to check in. Intentional? The kitchen grout was moldy. The papertowel holder, bunk beds, broken. The bedside tables both had the glass broken providing a safety hazard to kids. That said, the view was fantastic and we enjoyed the pool. But I am surprised that David has such a high rating and I think Airbnb needs quality assurance and checks to what they consider a superhost. The house views/pool are there but the rest is bad. I hope others dont fall for the pics.
