My friends and I had a great time at Azeem’s cottage. He was very responsive to our needs. The place itself was nice, spacious, clean and had good amenities. Thank you ☺️

The house was clean and spacious It’s right at the beach Bbq definitely needs to upgrade but still useable. Would come back again for the beach.

We did not see a visible address but was easy to find. Azeem had very clear instructions. He advised of damaged that was being repaired. We arrived later in the evening, our daughter not until 1am.On entering it looked as per pictures. Then reality: sticky floors, main floor bedroom still had maple keys on it. Sticky fly traps hanging from the kitchen ceiling over the island & in the living room full of dead flies. Kitchen countertops, stove top had spilled sugar & crumbs on it. The stove itself was not clean.Rodent (assume mouse) feces behind garbage under sink & under the underlay in kitchen drawers.Musty smell throughout house once bleach smell wore off. Hot tub was a milky colour & quite a bit of gravel. Azeem was very apologetic but refused to refund entire stay, due to needing to pay cleaners & we had the "opportunity" to use amenities. We left 12hrs after arriving, bought air mattresses & slept in basement at families home for wedding; the entire area was booked, long weekend.
