Pat's place is like a small oasis in the quaint little town of Neustadt. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations, and we can't thank her enough for that! I would 100000% recommend staying here, the property is stunning overlooking a beautiful creek... and just steps down the street is an awesome brewery.
The beds were a bit small for the two of us and our room door didn’t lock but other than that it was perfect. The location for us to visit family was perfect and Pat was very friendly and kind. Would definitely come back maybe try the spa room.
Really beautiful place and apartment. Pat is an excellent host. She gave us great recommendations and shared her beautiful garden with us. Could not have been any better!

自我介绍
I am a food/garden/travel writer and my husband, Gary is an artist/illustrator. Originally from Toronto, we moved to a circa 1836 Ontario log cabin in Grey County just before our daughter was born in 1988. From that property, we moved to a quaint country church before finding the 1881 original grocery store in Neustadt that would eventually become the home of Riversong Suites. We designed and planted the garden at the back of the building with the intention of creating a natural green space where heritage plants, birds, and other critters could thrive. My original recipes and all of my books focus on herbs and food for health. We love living in the historical village of Neustadt and find inspiration all around us: from our garden and waterfall and the rich farmland surrounding us. We enjoy hiking along the Bruce Trail and discovering the beaches, waterfalls, and all of the natural resources Lake Huron and Georgian Bay offer. Within an hour’s drive are the cities of Owen Sound, South Hampton, Collingwood, Guelph, Goderich, and Creemore. In under two hours you can be in Tobermory at the tip of the Bruce Peninsula, Kitchener-Waterloo, Barrie, and London.
