A nice stay in Polzeath. Very close to the beach so easy to go surfing. Also able to access walks/runs to Daymer Bay, St Enodoc churh, Pentire Head and The Rumps. We managed to visit Lanhydrock, Tintagel, Restormel Castle, Duchy nursery and cafe, Cardinham Woods and Pendennis Castle. Dog friendly garden and lovely patio with decking for sitting outside in the sun. Zoe was an excellent communicator and swift to organise things when the tv did not work. The milk, scones, cream and jam were much appreciated on arrival.

The bungalow is right next to the beach, shops and all the cafés at the centre of Polzeath which was great. Zoe was very helpful and answered the phone straight away when we were lost (the app wasn’t loading the arrival info she had sent to us). The place is small and it was a bit of a squeeze with a baby and a toddler as both bedrooms open onto the living/dining area so you can’t escape noise. The decking is lovely in the evening sun though.

Had the most perfect week at Zoe’s beach front house. The kindest host who was so helpful and welcoming. Will 100% be returning. Xx

This was an amazing Air Bnb! Zoe was extremely helpful and sent instructions prior to our arrival which were easy to follow. I don’t think you can find many other places to stay in Polzeath that are closer to the beach at such great value! Will definitely be back.

As close as you can get to Polzeath beach. Ultra convenient.
