Absolutely loved our stay here! The layout of the place was fantastic, offering supreme comfort and thoughtful furnishings. From various amenities to delightful touches, everything was just right. The communal areas, including the two rooftop spaces, were spectacular, and the pools were an absolute highlight. Not to mention the stunning views! As for the location, it couldn't be more central. With everything just a stone's throw away—restaurants, shops, the beach, bars—it's perfect for those wanting to be at the heart of the action. It's worth noting that the area is lively, especially being in the LGBTQ+ hub. While there may not be outdoor balconies or scenic outdoor views from the unit - which makes it a litlle dark - the experience is still incredibly worthwhile. And yes, it is a little noisy on Fridays and Saturdays, but still pretty manageable. Lastly, Sergio and his team were simply wonderful—attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. FULLY RECOMMENDED !

Everything worked out perfectly. Beautiful building and decorated apartment. Only issue was noise from bars late Friday and Saturday nights otherwise apartment was quiet.

Great stay at Sergio’s place. Wonderful location and great rooftop pool. As per other reviews, the reverberations of the bass from the nearby clubs make the unit borderline unusable for sleep on the weekends. And there is only one window, which is in the living room and looks into an interior courtyard, so the unit gets basically no sunlight.

We really enjoyed our time at the Pavilion in Sergio's unit. There was some deep base sounds from a nearby club on Friday and Saturday nights but were expecting it and seemed to get used to it as well. Had some difficulty with operating the AC initially as really had no instruction at check in. Manual was in Spanish but once we were able to download an English version we figured it out. All in all, we loved the unit and the location and would highly recommend! Thanks Sergio!

Excellent host. Excellent suite. Great amenities in the building with beautiful views from the rooftop. It was great to hangout on the rooftop in the morning as well as after sunset to watch the beautiful colors. Building is secure. Suite is well appointed including kitchen utensils as well as toiletries and laundry supplies. Working safe in the closet for valuables. The host’s representative was very accommodating to my late arrival following a severely delayed flight that landed at midnight. Furthermore, she was responsive to an issue that I had with the dryer where she even came to inspect in person. This suite has a top notch host. The building is adjacent to a bar lined street that was busy and hopping all week for new year festivities. It was as though things got louder and louder by the day with the thump from the bass was felt all night. For a light sleeper, ear plugs and/or a white noise machine are highly recommended.
