Only 30 minutes from Zions, 5 minutes to Sand Hallow State Park, 2.5 hours from North rim of Grand Canyon 30 minutes to Kolob, 20 minutes to Gooseberry, 15 minutes to Red Hills Desert Reserve, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 2.5 hours to Bryce Canyon. We are surrounded by recreational beauty and premium hiking area. New construction home in immaculate condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood with private entrance and access to private pickleball court. One level with private driveway for parking.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here!! Very affordable and close to so much of what we wanted to do between Zion, Bryce Canyon, and even some local spots when it came to hiking. Super convenient to be in town for anything you may need regarding groceries, gas, dining, etc., but also has very pretty views along the back of the house.
Lovely place. Extremely clean; host is always responsive. Serene area for anyone looking to go to zion.
Jessica's place is exactly as described! It's a beautiful apartment with a spacious bathroom. The location is ideal to head over to Zion National Park and the surrounding neighborhood is very pretty. Jessica was very responsive and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. I highly recommend Jessica's place for your next stay!
Great unit, had everything we could need and was very close to the town plus the park!
