Exceptionally bright and spacious apartment with a 10 minute walk to lovely sandy beaches. Private Parking is available for one car directly in front of the apartment within the private courtyard. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite wet room. The second bedroom has a king size bed plus a single bed. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. There is an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with full electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, slim dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. Everything you would expect from a self-catering apartment. The bright dining room has a large oak dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. The door leads onto the private courtyard garden. There is outdoor furniture, BBQ, shed, and access via a private gate directly onto the common. The spacious living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, & Electric fire. There are games, DVD's, toys, books, binoculars, & more. Electricity, gas, central heating and WIFI is included. We do provide bed linen, towels and tea towels for your stay but are unable to provide beach towels. You will need to bring cot bedding for the travel cot. Dog friendly: Up to three well behaved dogs by arrangement @ £10 per dog per stay. This is a non-smoking property.

We just loved staying at The Old Stables. It was spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Caroline was an amazing host - so quick to respond. Nothing was too much trouble. West Runton is a great location to explore North Norfolk and The Old Stables is just a 10/15 min walk to the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and look forward to hopefully returning soon. Thank you, Caroline.
We had a great time in Caroline's "Old Stables" apartment in West Runton. It is a lovely, comfortable, well-equipped space in a beautiful part on the country. There is so much to do and enjoy ... right on the doorstep. Highly recommended !
Lovely property near to the sea, very accessible for Cromer and Sheringham. The property is deceptively spacious and the interior design is gorgeous and very homely. Caroline have lots of helpful recommendations and check in and out was so easy and straightforward…thank you for having us

We have just arrived home from a lovely week away at The Stables. West Runton was a great base for our week- lots of great dog walks, activities for the children. West Runton is a beautiful and popular North Norfolk seaside village with its excellent range of amenities and attractions and it's blue flag beach.
"The Links" a famous golf course is just across the road.
With only a 10 minute walk to the Blue Flag beach & National Trust walks just across the road via the golf course. The Old Stables is based within a small development of quality flint properties located just south of the Village Centre.
The West Runton train station is only a 2 minute walk away where the line runs a frequent service between Norwich, Cromer & Sheringham.
The Norfolk Shire Horse Sanctuary is a visitor attraction in West Runton.
Nearby Cromer is a lovely Victorian seaside town which is famous for its Blue Flag sandy beaches, Cromer Crabs, the pier, theatre and working lifeboat.
Less than 2 miles away is Sheringham with its mixture of Victorian & Edwardian architecture, European Blue Flag beach, the Golf Course, & the famous North Norfolk Steam Railway & many other attractions.
The train station is a 2 minute walk away.
Buses leave from the village shop on a regular basis.
