Samantha's place was the perfect spot for our stay during a conference at Mayo Clinic. Her place was spotless and we felt very much at home in her place. We were able to walk about 20 minutes to our meetings at the Clinic as well as to restaurants. If the weather had not cooperated, we may have driven, but we felt very safe walking in the area. The somewhat busy street was not an issue for us as Samantha provides fans or a white noise machine to block out minor traffic noises at night. There were no renters upstairs during our stay so there was no noise issues from there. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean which is always appreciated. It was a very easy check-in process and Samantha was proactive in sending instructions for getting the code for the lock box. We plan to return to Samantha's next year for our annual conference!
