Interested in mid & long term. The luxury of good design here (like a luxury bra) invisibly surrounds you with effortless confidence. I designed this space so you get respite from corporate interiors. This is NOT a basement! It has regular 8 ft ceilings throughout and is approx. 900 sq. ft., including the King and the Queen rooms. This entire space is at the top level of a classical Midwestern split-level house. Therefore, you will not be bothered by someone walking on your ceiling at night. Both bedrooms have individual locks. I can give separate/unique keys to you and your travel companion(s) in case if you don't trust each other. The King-size mattress is on the softer side and it has a mattress pad, which makes the top even softer. The Queen-size mattress does not have a mattress pad. It is rested on a wooden, platform bed. Therefore it is fairly firm. I reside in the lower half of the house, which is separated from the top half by an insulated wall, and has a separate entrance. I am on site, so my guests would be happy. Rather than texting the host and hoping that the host will find someone else to resolve the issue, they know that the host is mostly around.

Nice place, but very dark No couch. Needs handrail on the stairway and tread for the stairs, very slippery. No towel rack in the bathroom. Needs some improvements.
This is a fantastic Airbnb! We only stay here during our Mayo Clinic visits - nowhere else. The Airbnb is private, quiet, Very comfortable and the host is super! The beds are extremely comfortable, the towels and SO SOFT and the whole experience is FIVE STAR!!! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!
Host extremely accommodating & helpful. Traveled with mom & 5 yr old who felt right at home and comfortable. They both slept so sound as it was incredibly peaceful. Perfect internet connection! GREAT if you game. Open, spacious, clean and quiet. It's exactly as described.
Nur is very friendly and eager to please his guests. If there is anything you need he responds promptly and will do his best to accommodate you.
We always stay here when we come for cancer treatment at the Mayo Clinic. You get a whole house to yourself (basically a whole house - host stays in lower level) - the house is so quiet you can never hear any external sounds from anywhere. The host is very humble in his descriptions of this Airbnb - this Airbnb is AWESOME! The bed is super comfortable. The whole house is super private and it feels like home. The host has done all snow removal and checks in on us to make sure we have all we need. Last time we left belongings by accident and the host held onto it for us. We would not stay anywhere else!! You will not find a better Airbnb anywhere! Highly recommend!

A quiet, residential neighborhood, a couple of blocks away from the Broadway (that takes people to the Mayo Clinic), but without all its noise. A large, CHEAP supermarket (6AM-11PM) is across the Broadway. A laundromat is another block away. There are several franchised places for tea/coffee, tacos, sandwiches, burgers, etc., clustered around that supermarket. Plus, various stores for shoes, clothes, automotive parts, and home improvement.
There are some motels in the vicinity. I am inviting you to check their reviews online... And then come back to my listing! Ha-ha!
Supermarket-2 blocks. Downtown/Mayo: 6 min by car, 12 by bus, 20 by bike, 45 by foot. I do not own any vehicle at the moment, so I cannot comment on parking in downtown. Patients usually park in Mayo ramps and pay. There are some options on the streets and inside the public library's ramp. In my neighborhood you can park up to 2 large or 3 very compact cars in my driveway.

I have a day job with various shifts (yes, I need cash, so my AirBnB guests would continue discovering Easter Eggs of my duplex!) and phones are NOT allowed. I hope my listings are comprehensive already, so you can proceed along the Instant Book path.
