The cabin was nice and as described. The view was very nice overlooking the town below. Unfortunately, our stay was not the relaxing mountain experience we hoped for. On the first day, we noticed a water leak from the kitchen sink, which caused water to leak through the floor into the downstairs bedroom, bathroom, and hall. We immediately call the management company. They said they would send someone out, but no one ever came. We put bowls to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. We stopped using the sink and were unable to wash any dishes. We went out and purchased disposable plates, cups, and cutlery. We called again and asked to be moved to a different cabin, but they said they couldn't do that. They said they would send someone out to fix it, but again, no one came. They said they would give us a partial refund, but they also did not do that. In fact, they never responded to us again after that. I'd hesitate to stay at any of their cabins, given this experience.

The view was fantastic! However the communication with Cabins for you is horrible. Our cabin had a water leak that ruined a few of our belongings. it dripped in 3 different rooms downstairs, filling up the light globe in the downstairs bathroom with water. We contacted them, with little to no response. Seven of us had to share 1 bathroom after being told we couldn't use the upstairs because of the leak. The hot tub never got "hot", the dishwasher felt like it was falling out of the space every time we opened the door, not to mention that leaked as well! Other than the poor communication from the hosts and the carelessness of the excessive water leak, the view was incredible.

best view i have ever had at a cabin in gatlingburg. just some minor issues i would address. we had an amazing time though!

What an incredible place! From the moment we walked into this cabin, we felt God’s peace over us. The view is incredible, the location is private but also very close to all attractions. My husband got to see 3 bear cubs walk across the driveway. We slept peacefully and loved our stay so much! Can’t wait to come back with our kids. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here! Wonderful cabin!

This cabin is appropriately named! The views are fantastic. The entire cabin was very clean and well kept. We were there for 8 nights with 4 adults and 3 small children. The kids absolutely loved the pool table and air hockey table downstairs. The cabin is 5 minutes from Ober and about 20 minutes from the strip in Gatlinburg. We saw bears on the property every day! (Watch for the bears coming around in the morning around 9am and in the afternoon around 5-ish) We did have an issue with the AC that was promptly taken care of. Also, it took us a while to figure out where the clubhouse and pool were but once we did, the kids had a great time swimming and playing tennis. Here's the address for the South Clubhouse: 1319 South Baden Drive... that'll save you some time! Thanks for a great time, we would definitely stay at this cabin again in the future!
