Good location very near to many beaches like calangute 5km, Baga 6Km, candolim 7km, Fort 8km and Casino 6-7kms and mall de goa around 1km at an affordable price. Great response from Maria whenever needed.

Maria's place exceeded expectations as she went out of her to make accommodating for a tired back packer like me. It was very clean and furnished making it a comfortable stay. Being conveniently located next to the main highway was also a huge plus. I'll definitely recommend it to fellow travelers opting to stay in Porvorim.

Pros:- Well maintained, neat and clean place. Jst few meters away from the Mumbai Highway. Super friendly -Remote Host. Quiet neighbours Surrounded by good hotel/ATMs Mall de Goa is at walkable distance. Well equipped kitchen No powercuts Cons:- AC is very small. Need a minimum of 1.5ton to cool the room. Hence spent the nights sweating it out. Summer stay is tough. Bedroom is right onto the street, hence you would feel as if the vehicles are plying inside your room. Sound proofing should solve this. Bathroom was non attached. 2 single beds just outside the bathroom, however I did not face any issues bcoz there were no other guests. Parking is not on the premise as written, but on the busy main road. Non existent WiFi Non working TV Varied levels of flooring, from hall to bedroom and bathroom. Hazard for anyone, if not careful.

a very good option for stay if you are travelling with a child and want a homely stay. the neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. very approchable from highway. the amenties very well maintained
