Just perfect! From communicating before my arrival through the stay to check out everything went smoothly. The moment I arrived I felt right at home. Diana’s place is absolutely wonderful and Diana is an amazing host. Staying at Diana’s made my visit to NY extra special.

Diana was amazing. So friendly and kind. She had a fire pit at night and made it really cozy. You can tell she really loves hosting. She grew lemon grass in the backyard and dried it and offered it as tea. Her and her partner are into the arts and take care of each room and hallway. All the guests were really curious too. Respectful and made it a joy to stay at their house

Diana and Perla Joe's place was more than I could have anticipated. with the current state of the world, as a woc I felt welcome and at peace in the house seeing all of the beautiful art and posters of different events around the city that the residents and guests have been a part of. the energy in the house is amazing. I had the garden room and it was very cozy and quiet. the shower was hot and the blankets were warm - which was very welcome for this angeleno who is not used to anything below 60F/ 15C :) I can’t say enough great things about Diana and Perla Joe's place!

Diana's space is just lovely. It felt like a sanctuary. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. She has created a lovely common space that we felt comfortable using. There was designated space to store food in the fridge and a space for dry goods as well. Diana and Perla were very warm and welcoming and supportive. Can't wait to come back.
