The location stood out if you want something quieter in the city and easily accessible by foot, bus or light rail. We often walked to Banrangaroo for meals, to the market at the Rocks and the kids swam at the Banrangaroo swimming spot. Chinatown/Haymarket was an easy bus ride or light rail away. The bedrooms were too small for our big suitcases so we left them in the living room/kitchen where there was more space. The bathroom was spacious. Appreciate how the Worker’s dwellings was renovated into a more modern setting.

We loved everything about the Workmen's Dwellings. The location was sensational, the apartment was roomy and perfect for my husband and daughter and myself, the showers were fantastic, the kitchen was well equipped and even had Nespresso pods and treats in the fridge, and we were so happy to have a place to wash our clothes after being on the road for more than a month. Our host responded to every note I sent immediately.

Very lovely place to stay in, though area is a bit small for 2 active toddlers and 4 adults. Drivers may have to plan ahead to avoid hefty parking fees. Overall, the place is very nicely done up with quality equipments and items. Unique place to stay in!

This was our second stay here - we love the great location which is close to restaurants, cafes and easy walking distance to The Rocks, Central Sydney and the Opera House. The place is always spotless and has everything needed. Friendly and quick communication too. Thank you again!
