I stayed here for a conference at Moscone and it was perfect! Just what I needed. It was great for one person and would also accommodate a couple well. It’s in a hotel and is also a time share so they wanted to give me a pitch, but weren’t pushy when I said no. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I arrived early and was planning to just store my luggage until check in, but they put me in a clean room right away with no problems. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a well cared for attractive hotel room in a good safe location near union square and Chinatown. The mini kitchenette was helpful. A little noisy for a light sleeper as it's on a main street on the 4th floor, but that's to be expected in the city. The earplugs provided helped.

Great stay, easy check-in, Michael was responsive and helpful. It is San Francisco, so it wasn’t a large room, but it had all the amenities and was perfect for a business trip.
