I love this house. I have stayed several times and I hope to stay many more times. Walkable to the bridge that takes you into downtown Belfast, very convenient if you like to walk. Kathy is a great host. Always responsive and helpful.

My parents and I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, clutter-free, linens smelled fresh and clean, everything you could need was tucked away in cabinets and she made great local recommendations. Belfast was cute, and it was well-suited for day trips to other areas we wanted to check out. We didn’t use the bunk house but took a peek and it was adorable - would definitely use it next time. Fantastic view with a perfect deck setup.

Lovely cottage in very peaceful surroundings. Kathy’s place had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped . A home away from home . Nice easy walk into town . Lot’s of restaurants and nice shopping. Kathy was very responsive to any questions I had and was extremely easy to work with .

The Cove was lovely- “move in ready!” We did think the loft bunk beds were in the same house instead of in a separate tiny house. The tiny house is very nice, but a complication for us because we had a five year old in our party. The only other suggestion would be to add another air conditioner in the main house as it tended to get stuffy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this home to others!

Absolutely loved Kathy's place! IWe instantly felt at home in her beautifully decorated and comfortable home. She had many extra amenities and thoughtful touches. The location is spectacular and peaceful. We enjoyed having cookouts out on the deck, swimming down below, and the close proximity to Belfast. Highly recommend her lovely home!
