This was a very nice family vacation home. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

The rental was very spacious and the staging of the rental was nice, but needed TLC, meaning missing small details in cleanliness. There was a drainage issue in the bathroom sink upstairs and master bathroom shower. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned when we arrived, and I did reach out to the host and she responded right away and came over and cleaned what we pointed out, while I still felt the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The host was extremely friendly. The money that was paid, I do not feel was worth it with the problems we encountered during our stay.

Beautiful place, very spacy. Be careful not to walk on golf coarse. The neighbors were all friendly and informational.

The house is nice and clean. Will not recommend bringing children due to the fact all the rules that’s in place don’t allow children be children. We thought we was gonna be able to grill and enjoy family time but the rules once’s again did not allow this so we found ourselves out and exploring off ground due to the fact the lake and golf course is off limits from walking and enjoying the nature. There is a lot of peace. Vary quite and clean. WILL NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING CHILDREN.
