Welcome to our spacious 550 sf clean comfortable 1 bedroom lower level guest suite with queen bed, kitchen and bathroom. We are conveniently located in the Central Lonsdale area of North Vancouver and a great base to visit local attractions, downtown Vancouver and only a 90 min drive to Whistler. Public transit, stores, restaurants, pubs and the Lions Gate Hospital all easy walking distance. On site parking for compact/midsize vehicle. No cleaning fee. Please read all info/rules before booking. Our guest suite will provide clean, comfortable and private accommodations while visiting North Vancouver and Vancouver. Kitchen has stainless appliances and the bedroom is furnished with a Simmons pocket coil queen bed. Other furnishings include a dining table and chairs, leather couch and coat rack. The 42 inch flat screen HD television comes with a premium cable package that includes HBO and CRAVE movie channels. (Important: The kitchen is only intended for light/basic use and re-heating of food - i.e. they type of convenient cooking associated with simple vacation meals. It is not set up for complex cooking or baking. We ask that guests avoid oily, greasy and strong smells cooking. ) Please note that there are no laundry facilities in the suite. There are 2 laundromats on Lonsdale within a very short drive or 5 minute walk. Both offer convenient and quick "drop off" service - laundry dropped off in the morning will be ready that afternoon. Note that there is no charge for parking on site but the parking space is small to mid-sized only and not suitable for a large vehicle such as a bigger SUV, truck or camper. There is abundant free street parking directly in front or close by if a guest has a larger vehicle.
