We loved staying at the apartment, the neighborhood was shockingly quiet and peaceful, and there’s a lovely stretch of restaurants, cafes and bars just around the corner. The patio was a very nice extra touch. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the hot water situation. It is on a solar panel, so as the host says “if it is sunny” then there is 24 hour hot water, and if it is not you have to press a button to allow the water to heat up for 30 minutes before you have hot water for a shower. This was tough because we weren’t always sure we’d have hot water, and two of our mornings we ended up not having hot water and also needing to head out of the apartment for tours so we didn’t have 30 minutes to wait. Cold showers it was! Not an absolute dealbreaker by any means, this was really the only flaw in an otherwise very comfortable and nice apartment.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The host was super communicative and provided a lot of recommendations. We liked the neighborhood as it wasn’t as touristy as the center of Athens while still being walkable to everything. It was clean and quiet as well.

A wonderful place, super tidy, well appointed and with a beautiful terrace! Located in a super central area, making it very easy to exlore Athens. Also, many many local spots around the house for coffee, food and drinks. Fantastic neighbourhood! Will definitely be back!

Perfect for visiting Athens, We did almost everything on foot thanks to a great location. Not a lot of tourists in this area during this time of the year. The flat was perfect, we felt at home. Thank you very much !

Great apartment with a lovely spacious balcony. Easy to check-in/out and in an amazing location near to lots of great bars and restaurants but peaceful in the apartment. Also easy to walk to the Acropolis in 15 mins!
