The photos don’t do the scope of this epic farmhouse and it’s grounds justice. We visited in autumn and while we missed out on things like the beautiful pool due to weather, the mist over the orchard in the mornings was stunning. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like a movie set, this is it. However, the WiFi was almost non-existent and the showers had difficulty producing enough hot water for all four of us. Sadly these were pretty big issues as one of us was working remotely and really struggled and in autumn, you really do need a hot shower. The final thing to note is that there is a giant family of cats living on the property and they will want to be your friend. Some of us loved this, others with allergies found this a challenge as they often crowd around the door. Aside from that, a stunning stay in a really special place and host Francesco is very accommodating—thank you for being so flexible with our check in time, Francesco!

This is a fantastic property! We loved the house, the pool, and the location. Only complaint would be that the wifi is a tad slow. Otherwise, fantastic property! Would definitely stay again.

The house is large, with spacious bedrooms fully equipped with aircon, wardrobes and quality bedding and furniture. The masseria (farm) is lovely yet very complete. The tennis court and swimming pool are in great condition and if you are a cat lover you won’t be disappointed 🙂. The location is quiet, yet very central to some of the main attractions and towns. We truly loved our stay and absolutely recommend it. One minor point is that the host does not speak English well, so be prepared to wait for some answers or work some of them up. But if you are not in a hurry, you are in for a treat. Enjoy!
