It was exactly as advertised, a very cute & tidy little cottage close to everything in C-ville. Great yard and nice neighborhood to walk with our dog. Very quiet street with little traffic yet close to restaurants and parks. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The location is fantastic. Very comfortable beds. The house was clean. The snacks and coffee pods were a nice touch. Communication was easy via the app. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in Charlottsville.

I always appreciate when photos and description are spot on. This is a great location for getting to whatever you want to see. I have rarely seen an airbnb with such attention to detail. Need a water, snack or soda before getting to the store? Covered. Forgot your umbrella? Covered. So many small thoughtful touches. The house was so clean and so quiet. It is exactly what I look for when booking a place to stay.
