The place is great, it has an amazing view and everything was even better than on the photos. The garden is very nice and peaceful, we had everything that would be needed. There were a lot of small details in the house and a welcome gift in the fridge that made our stay perfect. It's very comfortable for families with kids. The beach is on 3-5 min from the house, and there is a beach bar, so there is no need to bring an umbrella. We'll definitely visit the place again

The stay at Alex was fine. we were greeted by his brother Thanos and the check in went exceptional. You should know if you have many luggage that you have to climb some stairs and the place is like a semibasement so down some stairs again . The place was nice and tidy very nice temperature and being basement like it is way cooler than the upper floors . You have a kitchen with no coffee/tea or salt or sugar or oil or anything else if you want to eat at home and that is an issue. Only one bedroom has a dressing and we put all of our stuff in there but it was manageble. We had to move one bed because we lost something back there and it was kind of dirty but the rest of the apartment looked clean and nice but you might consider that. Outside you have a big umbrella and a table with 4 chairs that was like a little oasis and we had our coffee or breakfast outside and also an outside shower for when you come from the beach The Palio beach is just 1-2 min of walking distance and that was great. You have some restaurants and a coffee place in 3-4 minutes of walking also very convenient. We got only one key and that key had a master card for the electricity so you cannot leave the ac on when you leave for a couple of hours or anything pluged in like a phone or camera.

We had a wonderful time. It is really quiet although there is a construction site right next to the house. There is one more sofa in the living room which isn’t on the pictures. It is near the beach, but it is on top of the hill so you have to climb up round 250m. The nearest beach is not crowded since there isn’t a beach bar there. That’s why we preferred to visit the beach where is the Kikabu bar.
